Download the installer for your device and follow its installation prompts.

Link your device
Enter the 16-digit access key supplied by Westony. Your technician links each machine to your client profile.

Get support
On Windows, monitoring starts automatically and screen support remains available from the tray. Your technician connects through Westony Control Centre.

Which download should I choose?+
Windows 0.3.9 is the current release for 64-bit Windows PCs. macOS, Linux and Android installers are in preparation.
Where do I get my access key?+
Your Westony technician generates a 16-digit key for each named machine in your client profile. Install the app, enter the key once, and the device stays linked.
Can I connect to my own PCs?+
If your dashboard user has remote access enabled, sign in to the Westony Control portal and open Remote Desktop to see your linked machines. Ask Westony to enable access for the appropriate users.
How do I arrange support?+
